Outline is primarily a documentation tool, but I find it to be an excellent note-taking application with a feature set that surpasses many available note-taking apps, and the publishing feature allows for sharing whole collections of pages with working internal links, which is a feature most note-taking apps lack, all while boasting a beautiful and clean interface, and providing snappy interaction.

Given the large number of requests, for now we will only consider apps that have explicit functionality for individual users, covering note-taking or task management.
