This app is focused on engineering notes, and thus has some interesting comparison points against others. Mainly, they brag about a "custom algorithm for search", and in my experience the search is quite good!
Another interesting feature is inline diagram editing, and support for a bunch of programming languages in code blocks.
Though, in my experience, it was a bit buggy.
