RobI compared about 40 note-taking apps, and UpNote was my winner. It feature-rich without feeling bloated (basically Evernote without the bloat), and does several things no other apps do — or certainly don't do in combination. Text colors, collapsible sections, bullets and ¶ that can be indented as far as you want, linking to points within a note, formatting a breeze, and *everything* has a keyboard shortcut — even font colors. It can be a tad bit buggy, but the devs are responsive. Also, it's really affordable.
