Emacs org mode, + orgzly

Many features (agenda, tasks, ref keeping...) come out of the box. Highly DIY for advanced features (like, say, sound integration), but the possibilities are endless. And let's admit it: emacs has a steep learning curve, emacs lisp even more so.

Mainly linux desktop. I use orgzly and syncthing to keep some org files available on my android devices.
